Mommy Instinct

Brody's nose started running yesterday.  After the past 8 years of dealing with ear infections, I have come to learn that in our house a runny nose = an ear infection!  I called to get Brody into the doctor today.  Sure enough, his right ear is very red and bulging the doctor said.  She also said that there is not a bubble behind it (which is great!) so he should be fine for air travel.  Whew! 

Here is Brody today with his runny nose and all.  Still happy and smiling.   The doctor was surprised as she said it looks like his ear would be quite painful and Brody was in a great mood.
