Cookie Swap

A few weeks ago I went to my Moms Club annual cookie swap.  I wasn't sure if I would have time to make 4 dozen cookies but I found a super easy recipe that made it happen! We had a lot of fun and got to bring lots of goodies home.

Andes Mint Cookies
1 Box of Devils Cake Mix (with pudding)
2 Eggs
1/2 cup oil

Mix well and spoon onto a greased cookie sheet.  Cook for 9 minutes at 350 degrees.
Once you take them out of the oven, place an Andes Mint on top.  Let melt for about five minutes then spread it like icing.  Cool and enjoy!  They are SO good!
