1st Dentist Appt.

Brody had his first official dentist appointment this week.  He went to the dentist for the first time around 18 months old, but they just looked in his mouth and didn't do a cleaning.  He was screaming so hard at that visit!  So I've been putting it off.  I talked a lot about the appt. prior and what to expect.  He went with me to Dylan's appt. a couple months ago and remembered that too.  The lady who cleaned his teeth was excellent. She explained everything she was doing and talked about each instrument she used.  He in particular like "Mr. Thirsty" who sucked all the water out of his mouth.

Being such a big boy! He didn't cry or scream!  In fact, he laid down and opened his mouth nice and wide! Such a brave boy!

 Dr. Steve said that Brody couldn't have more perfect teeth!  How did he get so lucky!  He said that he had no plaque, his spacing was perfect, and his bite was perfect.  Brody got to see his xrays and thought that was pretty cool too.

Dr. Steve!  Dylan has been seeing him since he was 3 years old and now its Brody's turn!  He apologized for our long wait and snuck a $10 Sonic card in Brody's pocket and said "go get a special treat for being so good while you waited".
